He completed his Internship and Residency at Louisiana State University Health Science Center, Earl K. Long Hospital, Baton Rouge, La. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Louisiana State University Health Science Center, Shreveport, La. Dr. Chapman holds membership in the American Gastroenterological Association, American College of Gastroenterology, The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation and the Louisiana Gastroenterology Society.
